DESCRIPTION:Official Notice: Notice of Election \nTO: THE QUALIFIED VOTERS OF HARRIS COUNTY\, TEXAS\, WHO RESIDE IN HARRIS COUNTY EMERGENCY SERVICES DISTRICT NO. 46: \nThe Board of Emergency Services Commissioners of HARRIS COUNTY EMERGENCY SERVICES DISTRICT NO. 46 has issued an Order calling for an election to be held on May 6\, 2017 from 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM\, at which election all eligible voters residing within the boundaries of HARRIS COUNTY EMERGENCY SERVICES DISTRICT NO. 46 will be entitled to vote on the following: \nTAX RATE — Texas Health and Safety Code § 775.0745 \nFOR To authorize in Harris County Emergency Services District AGAINST No. 46 a maximum ad valorem tax rate of ten ($0.10) cents on each $100 of taxable value of \nproperty. \nLOCATIONS OF POLLING PLACES: Qualified voters residing in HARRIS COUNTY EMERGENCY SERVICES DISTRICT NO. 46 may vote in the appropriate polling place designated for the election.
